There’s a major shift for many workplaces and the future of the workplace is hybrid. Remote working was the most notable change for companies in 2020 – during and after COVID-19 struck. 2 years later, while companies have accepted the remote work culture, they’re still figuring out how to balance their in-office teams with remote workers.
